▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating the copper layer on the surface of the carbon base powder to obtain the carbon base/copper complex powder, depositing the carbon base/copper complex powder on the surface of the isolating switch electric contact to form a complex coating layer by supersonic laser deposition. The supersonic laser deposition is provided with a semiconductor laser, where laser power is 500-3000W, spraying distance is 30 mm, scanning speed is 10 mm/seconds, powder feeding amount is 30-60 g/minutes, carrier gas preheating temperature is 400 degrees C and carrier gas pressure is 4 MPa. USE - The method is useful for surface protection of isolating switch electrical contact. ADVANTAGE - The method can improve the conductive of the high voltage isolating switch electric contact, heat conducting, tensile, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on, prolonging the service life of the electric contact.
