NOVELTY - A lithium-sulfur battery anode material is prepared by plating metal oxide film with thickness on graphene nano-sheet (GNS) substrate by atomic layer deposition (ALD) method, and heat annealing in ammonia atmosphere metal nitride-GNS. USE - The method is used for preparing lithium-sulfur battery anode material. ADVANTAGE - The product is good for prolonging stable cycle life and high power density, increases surface area, improves conductivity, ensures maximum utilization rate of conductive GNS surface, provides enough reaction sites, absorbs lithium polysulfide, and inhibits shuttle effect of lithium polysulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium-sulfur battery anode material is prepared by plating metal oxide (MeOx) film with thickness on graphene nano-sheet (GNS) substrate by ALD method, and heat annealing MeOx-GNS in ammonia atmosphere to obtain metal nitride-GNS (MeNy-GNS).
