NOVELTY - Candy comprises 10-60 pts. wt. walnut oligopeptide powder, 5-20 pts. wt. wheat oligopeptide powder, 5-10 pts. wt. black sesame powder, 10-30 pts. wt. malt oligosaccharide, 1-10 pts. wt. sorbitol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 1-5 pts. wt. blueberry fruit powder, 1-5 pts. wt. grape powder and 2-5 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The walnut oligopeptide powder is prepared by alkali extracting walnut meal, degreasing, enzymatically hydrolysing with biological enzymes, filtering through a microfiltration membrane with a pore size of less than 0.5 n mu m, filtering the permeate through a carbon nanotube modified graphene oxide/polyamide nanofiltration membrane, and concentrating and drying the interception liquid.
