▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene flakes by using thermal decomposition of precursor of titanium dioxide produced from organotitanium compound, comprises dispersing flakes of graphene or graphene oxide in an organic solvent comprising aliphatic hydrocarbons containing 3-9 carbons, adding organotitanium compounds (I)-(IV) and/or (V), then stirring in the presence of a dry or humid air, removing the solvent and the residue, and after drying, decomposing thermally to air at 200-700 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene flakes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene flakes by using thermal decomposition of precursor of titanium dioxide produced from organotitanium compound, comprises dispersing flakes of graphene or graphene oxide in an organic solvent comprising aliphatic hydrocarbons containing 3-9 carbons, adding organotitanium compounds of formulae (I)-(IV) and/or (V), then stirring in the presence of a dry or humid air, removing the solvent and the residue, and after drying, decomposing thermally to air at 200-700 degrees C. An organoaluminum compound in organic solvent is used at a concentration of 0.001-10 mol/l. The concentration of the organotitanium compound in an organic solvent is 0.001-10 mol/l. R1, R1 = 1-9C alkyl; k = 3-4; and n, m = 2.
