▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Detecting calpain activity based on a fluorescence sensor involves (a) mixing nano graphene oxide (NGO) and fluorescence labeling polypeptide (FSP) to obtain NGO-FSP fluorescence sensor; and (b) mixing sample to be detected with NGO-FSP fluorescence sensor, incubating and detecting the fluorescence intensity to determine activity of the calpain in the sample to be detected. USE - Method for detecting calpain activity based on a fluorescence sensor used for cell imaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method detects calpain activity based on a fluorescence sensor, which realizes rapid and sensitive detection of calpain activity, optimizes real-time monitoring method of calpain activity, and has good cell imaging effect.
