▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for controlling dielectric constant of graphene, involves (a) preparing lithium aluminum silica sol, (b) pre-hydrolyzing silane coupling agent, (c) uniformly mixing hydrolyzed silane coupling agent with lithium aluminum silica sol, graphene oxide and absolute ethanol, (d) using solvothermal method to obtain precursor, and (e) treating precursor under nitrogen atmosphere. USE - Method for controlling dielectric constant of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts the impedance matching change conductivity of lithium aluminum silicon, enhances the interface between lithium aluminum silicon nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles, reduces the dielectric constant of graphite, and ensures excellent wave absorption performance and microwave absorption properties, such as low density, wide frequency band and strong absorption.
