▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Negative electrode active material comprises graphite and a silicon-containing material which is a core-shell structure and comprises a core and a shell layer, where the inner core is a mixture of silicon powder and conductive carbon black and the shell layer is a graphene layer and the value of the orientation I(004)/I(110) of graphite is 0.5-4. USE - The negative electrode active material is useful in a silicon carbon cathode material of silicon-carbon cathode pole piece used for a high-energy density fast-charging lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode active material adopts the graphite with a specific orientation and the silicon-containing material with a specific structure, improves energy density and high-rate charging capacity of lithium-ion batteries, reduces the temperature rise of high-rate charging and ensures safety performance and service life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a silicon carbon cathode material comprising 2-5 %mass conductive agent, 1-5 %mass adhesive and 92-96 %mass negative electrode active material; (2) a silicon-carbon cathode pole piece comprising the silicon-carbon cathode material, where the piece is prepared by dissolving the conductive agent, the adhesive and the negative active material in a solvent, vacuuming and stirring to obtain a uniform bubble-free silicon carbon cathode slurry and uniformly coating the slurry on the copper foil; and (3) a high-energy density fast-charging lithium-ion battery comprising an electrolyte, an anode pole piece and the silicon-carbon cathode pole piece.
