NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene comprises taking the ionic liquid as the precursor, spin-coating the ionic liquid on the annealed copper foil in an argon/hydrogen atmosphere, and preparing the nitrogen-doped graphene by high-temperature thermal decomposition. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has short reaction period and high repeatability and uses raw materials, which are easy to obtain, ensures the stable and controllable product performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nitrogen-doped graphene prepared by the above mentioned method.
