NOVELTY - The sensor material (10) has a non-conductive thread (11) that is provided with a flexible and serves as a wick. A reduced graphene oxide (12) is coated on an outer circumferential surface of the non conductive yarn. Silicon dioxide particles (13) are attached to an outer periphery surface of reduced graphene. The silicon dioxide particles have different particle size, distribution amount, and distribution structure depending on the detection level of hydrogen fluoride. The non the conductive thread is cotton thread, polyester thread, and nylon thread. USE - Fiber-type hydrogen fluoride sensor material. ADVANTAGE - The fiber-type hydrogen fluoride sensor can be easily attached to the worker's clothes, since the sensor material is flexible. The worker can immediately detect the hydrogen fluoride leaking right in front of the worker and avoid the accident. The size, distribution amount, and distribution structure of the silicon dioxide particles attached to outer circumferential surface of the reduced graphene oxide can be adjusted. The sensor with a low detection level of hydrogen fluoride can be provided in a place where hydrogen leakage is not dangerous.
