NOVELTY - An aminoanthraquinone modified graphene compound (I) is new. USE - The new compound (I) is useful for preparing a yellow fluorescent detection reagent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The new compound (I) is prepared by a synthesis method under mild reaction condition with high selectivity, convenient to use, and free of other conventional coexisting biomolecules, such as tryptophan, glycine, leucine, lysine, maltose, alanine, threonine and proline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aminoanthraquinone modified graphene compound of formula (I) is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the compound (I); and (2) use of compound (I) for preparing a yellow fluorescent detection reagent.
