▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The large-scale preparation method of aqueous graphene epoxy resin nanocomposite material involves (i) peeling off the graphene sheets having less than or equal to 5 layers, and size of 50-300 nm, (ii) mixing graphene and aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, adding surfactant, and uniformly dispersing to obtain dispersion, and (iii) adding curing agent to dispersion, stirring for 15 minutes, coating on tinplate with NTG putty coater, and curing for 2-3 days. USE - Large-scale preparation of aqueous graphene epoxy resin nanocomposite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the large-scale preparation of aqueous graphene epoxy resin nanocomposite material easily by simple process in a controllable manner with excellent interface compatibility, binding strength, and corrosion resistance.
