▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Commercially preparing high-quality graphene with controllable layer number, comprises (i) providing graphite with different sizes and crystallization degree as raw material; (ii) oxidizing the graphite by Hummer method; (iii) expanding and splitting the oxidized graphite by quickly heating to obtain the stripped graphite; (iv) reducing the stripped graphite at high temperature; (v) ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing the graphite in the surfactant solution; and (vi) high-speed centrifuging to remove un-stripped graphite and big-size graphite piece. USE - The method is useful for commercially preparing high-quality graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method: controls the layer number of the graphene by different oxidization and splitting degrees of the graphite; uses the mixed gas of hydrogen and argon to reduce the stripped graphite in order to remove oxygen functional group in the graphene to improve the conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Commercially preparing high-quality graphene with controllable layer number, comprises (i) providing graphite with different sizes and crystallization degree as raw material; (ii) oxidizing the graphite by Hummer method; (iii) expanding and splitting the oxidized graphite by quickly heating to obtain the stripped graphite; (iv) reducing the stripped graphite at high temperature; (v) ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing the graphite in the surfactant solution; and (vi) high-speed centrifuging to remove un-stripped graphite and big-size graphite piece, where the size of the graphite material is 10 mu -3 mm, the reductive gas is pure hydrogen or mixed gas of hydrogen and argon, and the volume ratio of the hydrogen to argon is not less than 1:10.
