NOVELTY - Three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation device comprises an electrolytic cell (3) provided with at least one electrolytic group. The each electrolytic group comprises at least one of cathode plate and anode plate. The anode plate is graphite electrode plate or titanium-based metal oxide electrode plate. The cathode plate is graphite electrode plate, graphene electrode plate, titanium-based metal oxide electrode plate or stainless steel electrode plate between the cathode plate and anode plate, which is provided with particle electrode, and sewage inlet pipe (2). The water outlet of sewage inlet pipe is connected with water inlet of electrolytic cell, and drain pipe, whose water inlet is connected with the water outlet of electrolytic cell. The sewage entering into electrolytic cell is discharged from the drain pipe after passing through electrolytic group. USE - Used as the three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation device. ADVANTAGE - The device: can greatly improve the total organic carbon removal rate of wastewater.
