▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cryo-electron microscope sample, involves utilizing the carrier grid of the cryoelectron microscopy (cryo-EM) as a substrate. A nano-alumina film is supported on the substrate. The film is treated in liquid ethane at -175 degreesC to -160 degreesC for 3-5 minutes. The sample to be tested is added to the frozen carrier net to form an ultra-thin liquid film, which is placed in liquid nitrogen for cryopreservation for later use. USE - Method for preparing cryo-electron microscope sample for eukaryotic cell samples. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cryo-electron microscope sample, reduces background noise, provides technical support for clinical data analysis, and improves post-image processing technology. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of cryo-electron microscope.
