NOVELTY - An adhesive comprises carrier particles having a specific surface area of 50-900 m2/g and a polymer coating agent coated on the surface of the carrier particles. The adhesive is added to a polymer blending composition to improve the adhesion of a polymer blended base material by surface treatment. USE - Adhesive used in polymer blend composition for bonding several substrates. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive provides polymer blend composition having improved the productivity, process efficiency and adhesion of the polymer blended substrate when the surface treatment process is performed with a flame or plasma. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the polymer blend composition, which comprises 5-20 pts. wt. additive with respect to 100 pts. wt. raw material polymer; and (2) production of additive, which involves dissolving a polymer in an organic solvent to prepare a polymer coating agent, coating the polymer coating agent on the surface of the carrier particle by dropping the polymer coating agent on the carrier particles at a constant speed, and drying after the coating.
