NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-glass composite fiber involves dissolving the raw materials in a certain amount of anhydrous ethanol and subjecting to ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain suspension liquid. The 1-10ml de-ionized water and 0.05-1ml modifier are added to the obtained suspension liquid, and subjected to ultrasonically dispersing continuing for 3-10 minutes. The obtained product is put on the magnetic stirrer at the rotating speed of 200-600 revolution per minute at 45-85 degrees C for 6-12 hours. The obtained product is centrifuged for 3-6 times at 60-110 for 12-24 hours. USE - Method for preparing graphene-glass composite fiber used for glass fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-glass composite fiber in simple manner, has strong operability and high strength, good heat resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-glass composite fiber involves dissolving the raw materials in a certain amount of anhydrous ethanol and subjecting to ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain suspension liquid. The 1-10ml de-ionized water and 0.05-1ml modifier are added to the obtained suspension liquid, and subjected to ultrasonically dispersing continuing for 3-10 minutes. The obtained product is put on the magnetic stirrer at the rotating speed of 200-600 revolution per minute at 45-85 degrees C for 6-12 hours. The obtained product is centrifuged for 3-6 times at 60-110 for 12-24 hours to obtain modified glass powder. The modified glass powder is dispersed in de-ionized water and stirred magnetically for 30-120 minutes to obtain suspension. The obtained product is centrifuged with 0.5-1.5mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion liquid as dropping of glass powder to the suspension while adding. The dropping of glass powder is dropped continuously and stirred for 1-4 hours. The obtained product is allowed to stand for 12-24 hours and filtered in vacuum. The obtained product is dried at 60-110 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain graphene-glass composite powder. The obtained graphene-glass composite powder is sieved and put into the melting process under inert environment at 1400-1500 degrees C at speed of 2-10 degrees C per minute. The obtained product is performed the wire drawing working procedure at 1200-1300 degrees C and adjusted the liquid level height and drawing speed to obtain graphene-glass composite fiber.
