NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-polyurethane composite film comprises mixing polyether polyol, polyisocyanate, foam stabilizer, triethylenediamine, stannous octoate, water, calcium carbonate and alkenyl graphite oxide for 1-5 minutes, standing for 5-10 minutes, curing for 1-2 hours, washing with polar solvent, soaking in hydrochloric acid/ethanol solution for 1-2 hours, removing calcium carbonate, drying, soaking in graphene oxide, adding crosslinking agent, removing air bubbles, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 8-10 hours, washing and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-polyurethane composite film used for separating oil and water, and transporting oil (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film is environment-friendly. The preparation method is convenient, suitable for industrial production, has easily obtainable raw materials and does not produce secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-polyurethane composite film comprises mixing polyether polyol, polyisocyanate, foam stabilizer, triethylenediamine, stannous octoate, water, calcium carbonate and alkenyl graphite oxide at ratio of 100-500:100-500:1-5:1-5:1-5:20-50:20-50:20-50 for 1-5 minutes, standing for 5-10 minutes, curing for 1-2 hours, washing with polar solvent, soaking in hydrochloric acid/ethanol solution for 1-2 hours, removing calcium carbonate, drying, soaking in graphene oxide, adding crosslinking agent, removing air bubbles, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 8-10 hours, washing and drying. Volume ratio of crosslinking agent and graphene oxide is 1:10-20.
