ADVANTAGE - The far infrared high temperature radiation plate has high energy-saving efficiency, large energy density, fast heating speed and so characteristics, which can be widely applied to many electric heating industry, it has direct and social benefit for energy saving and consumption reduction, the far infrared electric energy baking technology has high automation control degree, reducing labor and reducing cost, it does not consume water, does not occupy space, energy- saving and material-saving, meets the policy guide of reducing carbon, and has wide development prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing far-infrared heating film for drying tobacco leaf, comprising (a) selecting a copper strip of proper thickness and cutting to proper length to be used as a conductive (power supply) element, preparing four parts of polyethylene material coatings, selecting a non-woven fabric of suitable thickness and cutting to a suitable length and width, preparing two parts of polyethylene terephthalate material paint, and preparing a part of graphene carbon compound coating; (b) correcting the selected copper strip so that the copper strip is straight and ensuring that the two ends of the copper strip are on the same straight line, using 800 meshes sandpaper to polish the surface, and polishing the rough protrusions on the surface of the copper bar to make smooth, changing the 1500-meshes sandpaper to polish the surface of the copper bar carefully, and finally replacing the 3000-meshes sandpaper to polish the surface of the copper bar smooth, cleaning up the debris on the surface of the copper strip, and polishing the surface of the copper strip until the surface of the copper strip is smooth, treating the surface of the non-woven fabric, and cutting and cleaning the burrs on the surface, and cutting the non-woven fabric into the required shape, where the size of the cutting should be able to wrap the evenly distributed copper strips; (c) laying a layer of graphene powder layer first, and evenly placing copper strips on the graphene layer for electrical conduction (power supply), and fully embedding the copper strips in the layer, and painting a layer of polyethylene material paint on the surface, and painting all over the top, bottom, front, back, left, and right, where coating is a primary coating for insulation; (d) taking the non-woven fabric to completely wrap, and shaping into the desired shape, where the non-woven fabric layer is used to maintain the shape and improve coating durability; (e) applying a layer of polyethylene material paint on the surface of the obtained product, where the coating is a secondary coating for insulation, and drying, and making the polyethylene material coating dry on the surface of the non-woven fabric layer to form a prefabricated body film; and (f) painting the surface of the prefabricated body film with a layer of polyethylene terephthalate material paint, and evenly painting the prefabricated body film on the top, bottom, front, back, left, and right sides, where the coating is the perfect coating for insulation, flame retardant and waterproof.
