▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-containing wear-resistant coating (2) comprises a bottom layer and a surface layer. The bottom layer is a pure copper bottom layer. The surface layer is uniformly distributed with wear-resistantparticles of a copper-containing surface layer (22). The titanium alloy substrate (1) and the pure copper base layer or the copper surface layer are combined by mechanical way. The surface layer of the copper is uniformly distributed with a pit texture. The texture is obtained by using mechanical extrusion or laser mode on the surface of the surface. USE - The copper-containing wear-resistant coating is useful for additive manufacturing titanium alloy surface (claimed), which is used in three-dimensional (3D) printing metal surface of three-dimensional printing system. ADVANTAGE - The copper-containing wear-resistant coating: improves the smoothness of the three-dimensional printing metal part surface, the antifriction and wear-resisting property, and film/base bonding strength at the interface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing copper-containing wear-resistant coating. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the copper-containing wear-resistant coating.
