▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aromatic compound catalytic combustion catalyst comprises wood substrate having cell wall array structure. The skeleton surface of cell wall is compounded in situ with carbon film and dispersedly distributed graphene oxide coated noble metal nanoparticles. USE - The catalytic combustion catalyst is useful as catalyst to catalyze oxidative degradation of aromatic compounds including benzene, alkane substituted benzene, and halogenated benzene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent catalytic activity and stability. When catalyzing toluene, its initial conversion temperature (T10) is 75100 degrees C and the complete conversion temperature (T90) is 135210 degrees C showing excellent catalysis activity; utilizes readily available raw materials, has low cost, environmental friendliness and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aromatic compound catalytic combustion catalyst comprising (i) placing wood that maintains original cell wall array structure in a solution in which noble metal source is dissolved, impregnating, then drying to obtain wood loaded noble metal source, (ii) reducing wood loaded with noble metal source to simple substance to obtain wood loaded noble metal source, and (iii) carrying out surface in-situ carbonization of wood cell wall skeleton on wood loaded noble metal element in protective atmosphere at 200-350 degrees C to obtain catalyst.
