NOVELTY - A nano probe comprises graphene, carbon nitride, molybdenum sulfide, silicon oxide as carrier which carries controllable nano gold, nano silver, and other nano particles with composite core-shell structure, and telomerase primer and Raman module containing beacon hairpin probe that are fixed on nanometer particle surface. Nanoparticle is established based on high sensitivity and signal-off, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) detection process and high selectivity. USE - A nano probe for detecting cell telomerase activity based on signal-off surface enhancement Raman technology. ADVANTAGE - Probe can distinguish tumor cells and normal cells.
