USE - Preparation of graphene for energy storage active material of hydrogen, lithium ion battery, super capacitor or fuel cell, nano-electronic device, high frequency circuit, photon sensor, heat conducting film, electric gene sequencing and noise reduction, or single molecule detector, integrated circuit and field effect transistor quantum device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has less pollution, saves energy, and avoids the use of toxic chemical agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene comprising graphene and/or graphene thin film in which graphite alkene carbon element and oxygen element has mole ratio of 8, preferably 9 and conductivity of the graphene film is 800 S/m, preferably 900 S/m.
