NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating comprises 30-45 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. mica powder, 1-3 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. bentonite, 0.075-0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 0.24-0.3 pt. wt. Triton X-100 (RTM: t-octyl phenoxy polyethoxy ethanol), 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. BYK300 (RTM: polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane), 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. BYK-306 (RTM: Polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane), 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. 1-benzyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide salt, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. tetramethylguanidinium trifluoromethanesulfonate, 1-2 pts. wt. lithium carbonate and epoxy curing agent. USE - Anticorrosive coating for aluminum alloy components of turning machine. ADVANTAGE - The dense and stable coating has strong adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance and performance. The process for preparing coating is simple and reliable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anticorrosive coating, which involves adding Triton X-100 (RTM: t-octyl phenoxy polyethoxy ethanol), graphene, 1-benzyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imine salt, tetramethylguanidinium trifluoromethane sulfonate and 1/5 of solvent to mixing tank and stirring for 35 minutes at speed of 300 rpm, stirring, obtaining mixture (A), adding epoxy resin, titanium dioxide, talc, mica powder, barium sulfate, and remaining solvent to mixing tank, mixing and stirring for 60 minutes at speed of 600 rpm, obtaining mixture (B), adding mixture (A) and mixture (B) to mixing tank and mixing for 20 minutes, rotating at 400 rpm, adding BYK300 (RTM: polyether modified dimethylpolysiloxane), BYK-306 (RTM: Polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane), lithium carbonate, bentonite and epoxy curing agent, continuing to stir at 400 rpm and mixing for 30 minutes.
