▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite structure comprises a carbon material which is at least one of carbon nanotubes, graphene and carbon-60, and a nanosheet material comprising an oxide which is in contact with the carbon nanomaterial. USE - Composite structure used for sensor for detecting gases such as ammonia, nonanal, hydrogen, methane and ethylene (all claimed) for purifying air. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure has high responsiveness to molecules such as ammonia, nonanal, and hydrogen, and detects low-concentration gases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite structure, which involves contacting the carbon materials with a liquid containing oxide precursor, and forming nanosheet components comprising oxide on the surface of the carbon material.
