NOVELTY - Preparing ceramic fiber-reinforced plastics involves dissolving graphene in an aqueous solution of super-dispersant to prepare a dispersion, and immersing silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic fibers in the dispersion. The immersion time is 1-3 hours, and the immersion temperature is normal temperature, and taken out the fiber and dried at 80-90 degrees C for 8-10 hours, and prepared graphene/SiC ceramic fiber. The graphene/SiC ceramic fiber is infiltrated in SiC sol, dried at 80-90 degrees C for 5-8 hours, and then at 1400-1500 degrees C sintering for 3-5 hours. The SiC reinforced graphene/SiC ceramic fiber is produced. The SiC-reinforced graphene/SiC ceramic fiber fabrics are prepared by unwinding, twisting, warping, warping, weaving and weaving processes. The SiC-reinforced graphene/SiC ceramic fiber fabric is placed in the car shell mold. The molten polycarbonate is injected into the mold of the automobile shell under pressure, and cooled and molded to obtain the plastic of the automobile shell.
