NOVELTY - Hydrophobic composite material comprises 100 kg nylon 66, 5-40 kg low melting-point nylon, 5-10 kg polytetrafluoroethylene, 1-5 kg carbon nano tube, 0.5-5 kg graphene, 0.3-1 kg nano-zirconium dioxide, 1-3 kg lotus leaf powder, 5-10 kg ferroferric oxide, 2-8 kg montmorillonite, 2-4 kg coconut, 0.5-3 kg crylic acid, 1-3 kg epoxy soybean oil, 0.5-5 kg oleic acid, 5-15 kg caprolactam and 3-10 kg N-butyl benzene sulfonamide. USE - Hydrophobic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophobic composite material improved contact angle, certain strength and wide practical use. It improves the tenacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing hydrophobic composite material which involves: (A) adding acrylic acid, oleic acid and N-butyl benzene sulfonamide, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding caprolactam, heating at 80 degrees C to completely dissolve, adding montmorillonite and ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes; (B) adding carbon nano tube, nano zirconium dioxide, lotus leaf powder and graphene, continuously stirring and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, adding the ferroferric oxide, epoxy soybean oil and coconut, continuously stirring and ultrasonically dispersing to form uniform slurry appearance; (C) adding nylon 66, low melting point nylon and polytetrafluoroethylene, mixing for 2-5 minutes by stirrer at 80 revolutions/minute to form a uniform mixture; (D) adding the mixture into the main hopper of double screw extruder through a liquid pump from the side feeding, extruding at 240-270 degrees C with rotation speed of screw of 150 revolutions/minute; and (E) bracing, cooling, cutting, drying into oven at 80 degrees C for 5 hours after the injection of standard international organization for standardization.
