▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heating ceramic tile with stable electrical resistance, comprises pressing and molding the tile blank on a grooved mold, and obtaining a ceramic substrate (1) with an extrusion groove after sintering, detecting the width of the extrusion groove by detector, sorting out ceramic substrate if the difference between the width of the extrusion groove and the rated width is more than 0.4, and controlling the glue injection head to apply filler on the side wall of the extrusion groove until the rated width is reached by controller, drying for 15-30 minutes for the first time at 120-150degrees Celsius, drying for the second time for 10-30min at 280-325degrees Celsius, printing a conductive resistance slurry (2) in the extrusion groove, preheating and curing at 250-280degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, applying an insulating layer (3) on the surface of the ceramic substrate printed with the conductive resistance slurry and pressing an insulating plate (4) and the ceramic substrate. USE - Preparation method of heating ceramic tile with stable electrical resistance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving resistance slurry width and thickness of the existing different batch heating ceramic printing cannot be controlled in a predetermined range, so that heating tile resistance is unstable. The method allows the ceramic tile to have stable resistance, and the heating effect to be constant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a heating ceramic tile. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional structure diagram of a heating ceramic tile with stable resistance.
