NOVELTY - Preparation of high wear-resistant lubricating oil containing carbon nitride-graphene additive involves dispersing two-dimensional carbon nitride nanosheet in excess of copper chloride and graphene colloidal solution, so that surface of carbon nitride is immersed in colloidal solution, filtering out excess glue, drying in hydrogen atmosphere at 450 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, reducing copper chloride to copper, fixing graphene on surface of two-dimensional carbon nitride, treating in reactor at 1000-1100 degrees C for 5-10 seconds under protection of inert gas, further leveling and fixing graphene through instantaneous high temperature, producing wear-resistant composite additive of carbon nitride-loaded graphene, adding obtained composite additive to lubricating base oil, mixing, adding viscosity index improver, dispersant, detergent, anti-oxidation anti-corrosion anti-wear agent, base value reserve agent and defoaming agent, ultrasonically dispersing and stirring at preset bath temperature. USE - Preparation of high wear-resistant lubricating oil containing carbon nitride-graphene additive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides high wear-resistant lubricating oil containing carbon nitride-graphene additive having excellent stability and dispersibility. The high wear-resistant lubricating oil containing carbon nitride-graphene additive, efficiently improves the friction abrasion performance of friction surface and service life of mechanical components.
