NOVELTY - Anti-aging and processing damask silk comprises soaking the damask silk to-be-treated in an anti-aging agent, using infrared radiation for heating and heat preservation to obtain soaking material, placing the soaking material in a plant processing solution in an oxygen-free environment for heating and soaking, and then taking out for padding and baking to obtain the anti-aging treated damask silk, where raw material of plant processing solution comprises baicalin, evening primrose extract and tea polyphenol solution. USE - The method is useful for fabric processing, e.g. pure textile fabric, blended fabric, mixed fabric and interwoven fabric (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves anti-aging ability of the damask silk in a radiation state by processing anti-aging agent; reduces breaking strength reduction degree, and color fastness difference caused by anti-aging agent by plant processing solution; improves processing effect of the damask silk; ensures stability of the damask silk color fastness; reduces aging of ultraviolet (UV) radiation and weak breaking strength; is simple; can be used for the processing of other fabrics; and has broad market prospects.
