NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium battery special graphite conductive paste includes adding dispersant, lithium battery anode material and organic solvent, stirring, and obtaining graphene needed by jet machine working solution; fixing blocky graphite crystal working position of jet engine nozzle, and fixing direction of graphite sheet of crystal along jet flow direction distribution; starting jet current machine of working solution to form high-speed fluid, acting on bulk graphite material, exfoliating graphite, and pumping working solution back to jet machine and circulation spraying. USE - Method for preparation of lithium battery special graphite conductive paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high stability, resistance to coagulation, excellent conductivity, compatible, and suitable to be used as anode material of lithium battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of lithium battery special graphite conductive paste comprises adding dispersant, lithium battery anode material and organic solvent, stirring, and obtaining graphene needed by jet machine working solution; fixing blocky graphite crystal working position of jet engine nozzle, and fixing direction of graphite sheet of crystal along jet flow direction distribution; starting jet current machine of working solution to form high-speed fluid, acting on bulk graphite material, exfoliating graphite, and pumping working solution back to jet machine and circulation spraying to obtain graphene slurry; and concentrating graphene slurry to required concentration, refluxing graphene slurry to storage tank, and standing by centrifugal method to remove large particles in graphite graphene slurry to obtain graphene conductive paste. The dispersant is ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, tetrahydrofuran, toluene, xylene and/or N-methyl pyrrolidone.
