NOVELTY - The flame-retardant cable material comprises 35-48 pts. wt. PVC resin, 8-15 pts. wt. nano-silicon carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. dinonyl phthalate, 5-12 pts. wt. aluminum silicate, 10-18 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. nano-antimony trioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-9 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 3.5-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3.5-6 pts. wt. stabilizer and 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The preparation of modified graphene, involves soaking graphene in sulfuric acid solution, mixing, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at 35-50 degrees C, mixing for 20-30 minutes, precipitating, filtering and washing with deionized water at 200-300 degrees C. USE - Flame-retardant cable material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant cable material has low toxic coefficient, excellent environmentally-friendly property, increased chemical stability, high ageing resistance, increased pressure resistance, enhanced anti-folding performance and prolonged service life by simple and easy process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of flame-retardant cable material, which involves (1) taking the above mentioned raw materials, (2) adding PVC resin, nano-silicon carbide, dinonyl phthalate, aluminum silicate, glass fiber, nano-zinc oxide, nano-antimony trioxide, modified graphene, calcium carbonate and silane coupling agent to high speed mixer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, (3) adding uniformly mixed material to internal mixer for mixing, controlling mixing temperature at 180-200 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, (4) adding flame retardant and curing agent, kneading, adding antioxidant and stabilizer, mixing at 150-180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes using internal mixer, (5) transferring to twin-screw extruder, pelletizing, cooling and packaging.
