▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing antibacterial modified graphene polyamide 6 composite material involves (a) prepolymerizing part of the caprolactam to obtain a prepolymer, (b) adding polyvinyl alcohol sulfonate and functionalized graphene to the dispersion and mixing to obtain a graphene dispersion, and (c) mixing perfluoroalkyl quaternary ammonium salt, aminated organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt, graphene dispersion, prepolymer and remaining caprolactam, performing ring opening, polymerization, slicing, extraction, and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing antibacterial modified graphene polyamide 6 composite material (claimed) in clothes, curtain, automobile interior trim, conveyor belt and curtain line. ADVANTAGE - The method produces antibacterial modified graphene polyamide 6 composite material with stronger sterilization endurance and excellent mechanical properties, through the synergistic cooperation of the aminated organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt and the perfluoroalkyl quaternary ammonium salt. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the antibacterial modified graphene polyamide 6 composite material obtained by the above-mentioned method.
