NOVELTY - A composite heat dissipation sheet comprises a metal base layer, a thermal diffusion layer formed on one surface of the metal base layer and including a graphene sheet having an intaglio pattern on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces in order to increase vertical flexibility and peel strength of the sheet, and an insulating layer formed on an upper surface of the thermal diffusion layer. USE - Composite heat dissipation sheet used for mobile device (all claimed) such as edge displays, flexible displays and foldable displays. ADVANTAGE - The composite heat dissipation sheet has excellent flexibility and thermal diffusion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a mobile device; and (2) manufacture of the composite heat dissipation sheet.
