NOVELTY - Enhancing the adhesion of graphene heating coating and base material involves coarsening the surface of the base material. The film-forming resin is modified, hydrophilic group is added, heated, and stirred to obtain the modified film-forming resin for future use. The modified film-forming resin, conductive agent, auxiliary agent are mixed and grinded according to a certain mass ratio to obtain the uniformly mixed slurry. The uniformly mixed slurry is coated on the substrate of the first step coarsening treatment to form a graphene conductive layer. The adhesive force of the surface of the base material is tested after the above steps. USE - Method for enhancing the adhesion of graphene heating coating and base material. ADVANTAGE - The substrate and heating coating of graphene heating film are firmly combined, which can be more than the conventional 10 times test, finally realizing separation of graphene film and base material, separating, not easy to be damaged by an external force, durable heating, the long-term application is not invalid.
