NOVELTY - Preparing modified continuous carbon fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) composite material laminated plate comprises (i) soaking the desizing-activated continuous carbon fibers in a 0.1-1 wt.% dichloromethane dispersion of graphene oxide nanoparticles and drying to obtain surface-treated continuous carbon fibers; (ii) dispersing the surface-treated continuous carbon fiber using electrostatic fluidized bed technology, adsorbing Polyetheretherketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) powder on the surface, placing in a melting furnace, and flattening by online hot pressing to obtain a continuous carbon fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) composite material unidirectional prepreg tape; (iii) hot-pressing the continuous carbon fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) composite material unidirectional prepreg tape by molding process. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified continuous carbon fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone (Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) composite material laminated plate is useful in aircraft/aerospace equipment, sporting goods and industrial equipment parts. ADVANTAGE - The modified continuous carbon fiber reinforced Polyetheretherketone(Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) composite material laminated plate has excellent mechanical property, improved interlayer shear strength and bending strength.
