USE - Used as low viscosity, high thermal conductivity, thermal insulating plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low viscosity, high thermal conductivity, thermal insulating plastic (i) pre-processing raw material: using polymer resin, inorganic powder, graphene/carbon nano tube multi-arm guide hot filler and pre drying, (ii) mixing materials according to ratio, using polymer resin, inorganic powder, graphite/carbon nano tube bonding chemistry of multi-arm guide hot filler, coupling agent, lubricating agent, antioxidant, using high speed stirrer and stirring for 1-1.5 hours, stirring and heating at constant temperature, melting at 15 degrees C, (iii) granulating: mixing raw material, entering into double screw machine extruding and granulating, granulating at 80 to 90 degrees C and drying for 10-15 hours and incubating to finished product.
