▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zinc-iron oxide/graphene composite material comprises nano grade zinc-iron oxide particles and graphene, the diameter of the nano grade zinc-iron oxide particle is 10-20 nm, and zinc-iron oxide/graphene composite material is a laminated structure. USE - The composite material is used as a magnetic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: utilizes low-temperature preparation method, which has simple process, low cost and short period, consumes low energy, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the zinc-iron oxide/graphene composite material, comprising (i) dissolving zinc salt and trivalent ferric salt according to zinc ion and ferric ion in a molar ratio of 1:2 in deionized water or an organic solvent to obtain a solution of zinc ion and ferric ion with total concentration of 0.015-0.15 mol/l, adding graphene oxide, dispersing under ultrasonic action to obtain a mixed solution, where the added amount of graphene oxide is 5-50 wt.% of the total zinc-iron oxide; and (ii) adding alkaline regulator in the mixed solution to adjust pH to 8-12, sealing and raising temperature to 220-260 degrees C, reacting for 26-72 hours, cooling, collecting solid product, repeatedly washing with deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying to obtain zinc-iron oxide/graphene composite material.
