▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a sintered neodymium iron boron magnet, comprises (i) providing neodymium iron boron powder, (ii) mixing the neodymium iron boron powder with antioxidant, lubricant and graphene, then sieving to obtain the mixed powder, (iii) pressing the mixed powder to obtain raw blank, (ic) slowly releasing the pressure after the isostatic pressing to obtain the isostatic pressing blank, and (v) sintering the isostatic pressing blank and heat preserving, sintering, cooling and then carrying out aging treatment to obtain the product. USE - The sintered neodymium iron boron magnet is useful in computer, consumer electronics, wind power generation, household appliance, medical device, traffic transportation, aviation and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation, high yield, low product deformation degree, excellent density uniformity; ensure the high performance and consistency.
