▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Pulverized paper-like graphene microspheres are formed by wrinkling single layer of graphene sheets having diameter of 5-500 nanometer and density of 0.2-0.4 grams/cubic centimeter. The mass ratio of carbon and oxygen is 20-60. The specific surface area is 200 meter square/gram. USE - Pulverized paper-like graphene microspheres for reinforced ceramic, engineering plastic and coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pulverized paper-like graphene microspheres has good mechanical property and elasticity, effective absorb impact, strong stability and high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing pulverized paper-like graphene microspheres, which involves: (A) drying monolayer oxide graphene dispersion by atomization drying to obtain oxidized graphene microspheres; (B) reducing grained graphene microspheres; and (C) treating reduced graphene microspheres at high-temperature i.e. 1000 degrees C to obtain desired product.
