NOVELTY - Synthesizing antibacterial thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) particles comprises e.g. graphene oxide modification, preparing chitosan complex, heating polyester polyol and vacuum dehydrating, then cooling and adding isophorone diisocyanate, chitosan complex and methyl ethyl ketone, stirring reaction to obtain prepolymer, adding prepolymer into dimethylolpropionic acid and chain extender, adding nano-zinc oxide and nano-silver solution, stirring and mixing reaction, then adding tetrabutyl titanate and triethylamine to mix at high speed and stir evenly to obtain mixture, and vacuum-drying the mixture and then drying with hot air, and then granulating in granulator to obtain antibacterial TPU particles. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing antibacterial TPU particles used in medical treatment, packaging and automobile base film field, paint, binder fiber, and foam. ADVANTAGE - The method overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art, and can effectively ensure the antibacterial effect of the TPU particles through the compounding of modified materials and the addition of nanometer antibacterial components, while simultaneously improving the mechanical properties and waterproof properties of the materials, and improving the use value and service life of the materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthesizing antibacterial TPU particles comprises (i) placing graphene oxide in deionized water for ultrasonic dispersion and mixing with ethanol to continue ultrasonic dispersion, adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stirring reaction in water bath, filtering, washing with ethanol and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, (ii) mixing modified graphene oxide with toluene for ultrasonication, adding toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate in water bath to mix evenly, and washing the precipitate with toluene, drying, mixing the chitosan under magnetic stirring in an ethanol solution, and then freeze-drying at low temperature to obtain chitosan complex, (iii) heating polyester polyol and vacuum dehydrating, then cooling and adding isophorone diisocyanate, chitosan complex and methyl ethyl ketone, stirring reaction to obtain prepolymer, (iv) adding prepolymer into dimethylolpropionic acid and chain extender, adding nano-zinc oxide and nano-silver solution, stirring and mixing reaction, then adding tetrabutyl titanate and triethylamine to mix at high speed and stir evenly to obtain mixture, and (v) vacuum-drying the mixture and then drying with hot air, and then granulating in granulator to obtain antibacterial TPU particles.
