▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves carrying out thermal reduction treatment to a prefabricated body structure. Carbon fiber prefabricated body is obtained with a carbon fiber surface with graphene interface layer on the surface. A pyrolytic carbon interface layer is placed on graphene interface layer of the carbon fiber of the carbon fiber preform by chemical vapor deposition method. A porous carbon-carbon substrate is obtained with graphene/pyrolytic carbon composite interface layer. A ceramic precursor solution is reacted with the porous carbon-carbon matrix by dipping cracking method to obtain the interface modified ceramic-based composite material. USE - Method for preparing a ceramic matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables obtaining advantages of graphene by spraying thermal reduction into graphene interface layer, so as to effectively solve problem that the ceramic-based composite material has bad toughness.
