▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving nitriding speed of samarium iron nitrogen permanent magnetic material, comprises (i) mixing active metal salt and initiator to obtain active component solution; (ii) mixing the active component solution and the carbon carrier, sequentially allowing to stand, curing and roasting to obtain nitriding catalyst; (iii) mixing the nitriding catalyst and samarium-iron alloy, sequentially heating and cooling in the nitrogen-containing atmosphere to obtain the solid mixture; (iv) soaking the solid mixture into the solvent, removing the solid floater on the upper layer, then separating solid and liquid, obtaining the solid precipitate of the lower layer, and then drying to obtain the samarium iron nitrogen permanent magnetic material. USE - The method is useful for improving nitriding speed of samarium iron nitrogen permanent magnetic material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the nitriding speed, so as to improve the maximum magnetic energy product of the samarium iron nitrogen permanent magnetic material, and the operation is simple, and it can be used in industrial application.
