▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized electrode comprises taking conductive glass as substrate, taking same kind of surfactant in target solubilized wastewater as additive to prepare functionalized nano-titanium dioxide as photoelectric catalyst, and doping carbon material to obtain complex slurry, coating on conductive glass, and annealing in oxygen-free environment to obtain electrodes. The method specifically comprises mixing titanium precursor, phthalic acid, and same surfactant in solubilized organic sewage in molar ratio of 1:0.05-0.5:0.01-0.2, dropping solution of acetic acid: absolute ethanol: water with molar ratio of 1:1-10:1-2.5, stirring for 10-300 minutes, allowing to stand for 2-48 hours to form wet gel, drying, calcining to obtain functionalized nano-titanium dioxide, mixing functionalized nano titanium dioxide, carbon material, terpineol, and ethyl cellulose to prepare slurry, uniformly coating on conductive glass, and calcining in oxygen-free environment. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized electrode, which is useful for solubilizing organic sewage by photoelectric catalytic treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the photoelectric catalytic efficiency and selectivity for organic pollutants, which is conducive to the recycling of residual water after photoelectric catalytic treatment; and solubilizes sewage, which has a large environmental hazard due to the presence of a large number of surfactants and a high concentration of organic pollutants, and it is difficult to treat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized electrode comprises taking conductive glass as substrate, taking same kind of surfactant in target solubilized wastewater as additive to prepare functionalized nano-titanium dioxide as photoelectric catalyst, and doping carbon material to obtain complex slurry, coating on conductive glass, and annealing in oxygen-free environment to obtain electrodes. The method specifically comprises mixing titanium precursor, phthalic acid, and same surfactant in solubilized organic sewage in molar ratio of 1:0.05-0.5:0.01-0.2, dropping solution of acetic acid: absolute ethanol: water with molar ratio of 1:1-10:1-2.5, stirring for 10-300 minutes, allowing to stand for 2-48 hours to form wet gel, drying at 40-20℃, calcining at 500℃ for 0.5-3 hours to obtain functionalized nano-titanium dioxide, mixing functionalized nano titanium dioxide, carbon material, terpineol, and ethyl cellulose in mass ratio of 1:0.05-2:1-6:0.2-2 to prepare slurry, uniformly coating on conductive glass, and calcining at 350-500℃ for 0.5-3 hours in oxygen-free environment. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of functionalized electrode in photoelectric catalytic treatment solubilizing organic sewage, comprising using functionalized electrode acts as an anode, and electrode of platinum or carbon as the cathode.
