NOVELTY - Self-repairing phthalonitrile resin with dynamic reversible bond, is claimed. The self-repairing phthalonitrile resin with dynamic reversible bond is prepared by proportionally mixing phthalonitrile monomer, thermoplastic polymer and filler, co-melting at 120-160 degrees C, carrying out high-temperature curing to ensure toughness, when the resin is damaged to generate micro cracks and it can automatically repaired by heating. USE - Used as self-repairing phthalonitrile resin with dynamic reversible bond. ADVANTAGE - The resin: has excellent prolonged service life, high-temperature-resistant, ablation-resistant mechanical bearing structure and mechanical property to quickly recovery of micro cracks; and improves the reliability of structural material.
