▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An in-situ growing carbon nanotube/graphene composite sponge is prepared by directionally freezing dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution at low temperature, using freeze-drying method to obtain oriented graphene oxide sponge, preparing oriented graphene sponge by chemical reduction or thermal reduction, vacuum dipping in nickel(II) nitrate ethanol solution, drying by oven to obtain framework loaded nickel nitrate three-dimensional graphene sponge, putting into quartz tube, taking nitrogen as protective gas, hydrogen as reducing gas and ethylene as carbon source, performing chemical vapor deposition in tubular furnace, and in-situ growing carbon nanotube on inner wall of graphene framework. USE - The method is used for preparing in-situ growing carbon nanotube/graphene composite sponge. ADVANTAGE - The method can adjust appearance of carbon nanotube by adjusting nickel nitrate concentration and vapor deposition time in chemical vapor deposition, adjusts composite sponge inner structure, and meets different use requirements. The product improves conductivity and mechanical performance by in situ growing carbon nanotube.
