NOVELTY - Multi-source energy harvester device to harness electrical energy from multiple energy sources, comprises pre-patterned sputtered anode (102) layer, on top of which an Electron Transport Layer (ETL) (104) is spin coated, the spin coated electron transport layer (ETL) deposited on top of the pre-patterned sputtered anode layer, is configured to collect the photo generated electrons and transport them to a corresponding electrode coated perovskite layer (106), is configured to enhance the electrical parameters by providing a path for charge transport by tunneling charges quickly into a spin coated Hole Transport Layer (HTL) (110) by capping the spin coated perovskite layer with a semiconducting single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) configured to incorporate graphene in a conventional poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) to promote better charge injection and extraction in the absorber region. USE - Multi-source energy harvester device. ADVANTAGE - The device achieves high efficiency, ability to harness electrical energy from multiple sources.
