ADVANTAGE - The graphene blended modified phase change foamed thermal insulation material has graphene modified phase change microcapsules that are prepared by blending graphene and phase change microcapsules, combined with calcium alginate substrate, and because graphene and phase change microcapsules are blended, the thermal conductivity of the phase change microcapsules is improved which speeds up the heat absorption rate of the phase change capsule, and enhances the insulation performance of the phase change foam insulation material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene blended modified phase change foamed thermal insulation material, which involves: (A) adding 1 portion of graphene to 1000 pts. wt. deionized water, and using an ultrasonic homogenizer to homogenize at 40 watt power for 30-50 minutes to form a graphene dispersion; (B) adding 10-20 pts. wt. of sodium alginate to the graphene dispersion under stirring conditions, and then adding 5-10 pts. wt. of phase change microcapsules, then stirring at 500-800 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours to prepare a mixed dispersion; (C) adding mixed dispersion dropwise to a calcium chloride solution with a mass fraction of 1-2 wt.% to form a calcium alginate cross-linked body coated with graphene and phase change microcapsules; (D) filtering out the cross-linked particles and placing them in an environment of 20-50 degrees C to drying for 10-20 hours to prepare graphene blend modified phase change large capsules; and (E) blending 1 pts. wt. of graphene blended modified phase change large capsule and 1-9 pts. wt. of polyurethane foam material to foam at room temperature to prepare graphene blended modified phase change foamed insulation material.
