▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of mesophase asphalt comprises taking catalytic cracking oil slurry as raw material, mixing a certain amount of graphene and catalytic cracking oil slurry, preparing high softening point by thermal polycondensation reaction, narrow molecular weight distribution, and high regularity of petroleum asphalt; and preparing the high performance intermediate phase asphalt by the direct thermal polycondensation reaction of the obtained petroleum asphalt. USE - The method is for preparation of mesophase asphalt used for preparing carbon fiber or high heat-conducting foam carbon with high heat conduction or high modulus (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares high performance intermediate phase asphalt, increases the economic additional value, and the preparation process is simple, the final obtained intermediate phase asphalt softening point is low, and the middle phase content is high. The final prepared intermediate phase asphalt softening point is 260-330degrees Celsius, and the intermediate phase content is not less than80 %.
