NOVELTY - Graphene/silicone ceramic resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating comprises 50-80 pts. wt. silica ceramic resin sol, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. polymethylphenylsiloxane, 0.2-1 pts. wt. silica sol, and 0.05-4 pts. wt. fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether. The preparation of the graphene/silicone ceramic resin heavy-duty anticorrosion coating comprises (i) pouring the silica ceramic sol into the stirring tank, adding modified graphene, setting the stirring rod speed to 50-150 revolutions/minute, and mixing well to obtain premix, and (ii) sequentially adding polymethylphenylsiloxane, silica sol, and fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether into the premix, stirring and mixing at a rotational speed of 200-400 revolutions/minute for 1-3 hours, and allowing to stand for defoaming to obtain a graphene/silicon ceramic resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating. USE - The graphene/silicone ceramic resin heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating is useful in container for mechanical device loading and unloading, and also useful for water transportation. ADVANTAGE - The method uses inclusion effect of cyclodextrin, evenly disperses modified graphene in the silicone ceramic resin substrate, and enhances anti-corrosion performance of the silicone ceramic resin coating.
