▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. high styrene rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 3-13 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-8 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. odorless crosslinking agent, and 2-6 pts. wt. blowing agent. USE - Graphene composite material used for crutches. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high strength and good toughness which makes the material performance stable and not easy to deform which helps to improve the strength, hardness and stability of rubber products thereby increasing the friction of the material, and good anti-slip performance when making crutches. Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber has good low temperature characteristics and easy process operation, the odorless cross-linking agent and foaming agent does not decompose during the production process to produce odor, and does not decompose during use, and making the product more environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of graphene composite material with high anti-slip properties for crutches, which involves (1) mixing the graphene, stearic acid, zinc oxide and deionized water in a weight ratio of 5-15:2-8:3-13:100 and then heating to 120-140 degrees C, mechanically stirring during heating, and maintaining for 2-4 hours to carry out emulsion polymerization after heating to temperature, (2) completing the emulsion polymerization, adding butyl rubber, natural rubber, high styrene rubber and ethylene propylene diene rubber in sequence while maintaining the corresponding temperature conditions, and mixing in a mixer to obtain a mixed raw rubber, and (3) adding zinc stearate, odorless crosslinking agent, and foaming agent to the mixed raw rubber, and then mixing and vulcanizing and crosslinking.
